MOBILE NOTARY TRAVEL FEES

Wait Time Policy:
After the grace period, wait time is billed at $1/min when signer, document, or required parties are not ready.
Meet‑Me Appointment (Outdoor Signing at My Private Location)

First 10 minutes included
$1 per minute after 10 minutes
After-hours after 7pm: +$20
Same-day request: +$20
If the appointment exceeds 10 minutes, the next time block will be charged before the notarization begins.
HOSPITAL SIGNINGS Service Fee
$75 flat fee + notarization fees

Client Requirements

A valid government‑issued photo ID
The correct ORI number (if required)
Any agency‑specific instructions or forms
MLC Notary Services does not select ORI numbers or provide legal guidance on agency requirements.
Payment Policy
Payment is required before the appointment to confirm and hold the scheduled time.
Additional Signatures / Changes
If additional signatures, signers, or documents are presented at the appointment that were not included in the original invoice, all additional fees must be paid before any notarial act is performed.
No Refunds / Client Responsibility
All fees are non‑refundable. Payment covers the notary’s time, travel, and appointment availability—not the outcome of the notarization or finger print rejection. If documents are incomplete, incorrect, outdated, missing pages, or not ready for signing, or if valid ID is not provided, the appointment cannot proceed and all fees still apply.
