Clients are responsible for bringing the correct documents.

The notary is not responsible for incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or improperly prepared documents.

The notary does not provide legal advice.

We cannot explain documents, choose documents, or advise on wording, purpose, or legal effect.

Valid, unexpired government‑issued photo ID is required.

If ID is missing or invalid, the appointment cannot proceed and fees still apply.

Documents must be complete before the appointment.

The notary may refuse service if documents contain blank spaces, missing pages, or are not ready for signing.

Additional fees apply for after‑hours appointments, rush requests, travel, wait time, and extra signatures.

These fees are due at the time of service.

Wait time beyond the included grace period is billed at $1.00 per minute.

Grace periods vary by appointment type.

The notary reserves the right to refuse service

if the signer appears unwilling, coerced, confused, or unable to communicate clearly.
